Compliance

The statutory backbone of a golf course — chemical safety, plant-protection records, environmental duties and the documents an inspector will ask for, kept current and in one place.

SubscriptionAn add-on module to Foundation at €990 / year — or the whole platform with Mastery at €5,990 / year.

Tools in this discipline

Chemical Safety

A chemical register with a safety data sheet (SDS) stored for each product. Includes SDS search and storage in the course File Library, storage requirements, CLP labelling, personal protective equipment, spill instructions, risk assessment and chemical-specific training records. Legislative excerpts are included.

Plant Protection Compliance

The statutory plant-protection record (EU 1107/2009 art. 67) bridged to Application Records — date, product, registration number, dose, treated area, target crop (EPPO), purpose, location and applicator qualification with expiry tracking.

Environmental Stewardship

The course's environmental obligations with their sources kept apart (law, permit, authority, municipal rule, certification, guidance, course standard) and an applicability check for each. Status is derived from evidence — recorded checks, Facility & Safety inspections, the chemical register, Application Records and transfer documents — never typed in. Hazardous waste as streams with SIIRTO-ready collections, chemical storage from Application Records stock, incidents and corrective actions to the Job Board, permits whose conditions become obligations, a map of environmental assets with QR field checks, and an audit pack. Figures flow to ESG Reporting.

Facility and Safety

One view of buildings, spaces and inspectable assets: every asset has its own digital maintenance card, inspections are recorded on forms, findings become tasks, and statutory periodic inspections remind you by themselves. Area walks build a Facility Score and a trend.

Incidents

One register for accidents, near misses, hazards and property or machine damage — staff, contractors, players and visitors. Anyone reports from the Field Logger in under a minute (what, where, photo, injured?); the manager investigates causes, assigns corrective actions to To-Do, sees which notifications the law asks for (police, OSH authority, insurer) with ready drafts, and closes the case. Reports: a single incident PDF, the register as Excel and PDF, annual safety statistics with lost-time frequency per million hours worked, and the year compared with the last.

Pay Transparency

Pay-transparency documentation under EU Directive 2023/970 and the Finnish golf-industry collective agreement (PAM–PALTA): editable pay classes with ranges and TES levels, unlimited job titles with responsibilities, an internal pay check that flags below-minimum wages, out-of-band salaries and ≥ 5 % unexplained gaps within a grade, and a shareable PDF. Imports staff from Staff Scheduling.

Compliance Documents

One storage location for documents required during inspections: safety instructions, emergency plan, risk assessments, audits, inspection reports and official documents, categorised in the course File Library.
