Fleet Management

Everything the fleet needs in one segment — safety inductions and sign-offs, the conventional fleet's service ledger, the robotic fleet's own management and analysis layer, and robotics planning. Kept apart on purpose: different people run machines and robots.

Tools in this discipline

Induction and Safety

Staff induction with machine-specific sign-offs, a fleet register, risk assessments with control measures and residual risks, an accident and incident log, and printable records — a shared tool for the OSH manager and OSH representative. Fleet data feeds the maintenance and cost-tracking module.

Equipment Readiness

Safety · Competency · Authorization. One canonical equipment asset shared with Fleet Maintenance and Robotics Management: commission equipment instead of creating a machine (identity → maintenance → risk assessment → operating instruction → pre-use check → competency → operators → put into service), model-level standards every asset of the same model inherits, versioned risk assessments and operating instructions with acknowledgement, employee × model competencies and authorizations, trainers, the operator readiness matrix, safety lockouts that reach the Fleet work orders, Workforce Allocation and the Field Logger, and readiness, training and risk reports. Replaces the Induction tool's risk, instruction and sign-off tabs; everything recorded there was brought over.

Fleet Maintenance

The operating system for the conventional fleet: readiness first, then the machine as the central object — identity, service programme, work orders with their parts and labour, meter and fuel records, cost per hour split into machine, operator and task, downtime, and a lifecycle view whose replacement plan goes to the Budget Planner. The fleet synchronises automatically from Induction and Safety and the field app — robots live in their own Robotics Management tool.

Robotics Management

The operating system for the autonomous fleet: can the robots operate today, then the robot as the central object — exact identity, telemetry from the manufacturers' APIs (status, battery, runtime, areas), service programme, faults with their OEM codes, work orders with a return-to-service test, the parts that fit this exact robot with the course's own stock on top, battery and component history, downtime, cost per operating hour and per hectare, and a lifecycle plan that feeds the Budget Planner. Robots sync from Induction and Safety; the same engine as Fleet Maintenance, scoped to robots only.

Spare Parts

The fleet's spare parts by machine: a stock ledger instead of a typed number — every receipt and use says who, when and for which machine. Goods received in the field or the office land here and in Application Records, and the manager lays the delivery notes against the invoices.

Robot Analyzer

Measured-data analysis for the robotic fleet: observed time use and coverage per robot, a blade log with weighed wear and change-interval facts, metered energy with kWh-per-hour from matched meter periods, and cutting-height calibration (machine setting vs prism). 100 % facts — every figure names its source and sample size; reserved space for future sensing maps (NDVI, sward, disease, weeds, growth rate).

Robotic Fleet Planner

Size an autonomous mowing fleet: 24 golf robots from Husqvarna, Kress, Toro and Belrobotics, normalised capacities, HOC-filtered model selection, charging-station distances, time windows and investment comparison. Reads your Course Profile areas.
