Operations Board
Work management in one view: a Today view with a KPI strip and drag-and-drop delegation (roster, competence, workload and machine checks with exception reasons), a week view with capacity bars, a governed backlog with buckets, priorities and task states, the greenkeeper's My Day flow (start/pause/blocked/done with reasons) and reporting: planned vs actual hours, completion rate, blocking reasons and calculated cost by work category, area and person.
Quality Management
Continuous maintenance quality made visible: define the standard, make it visible, inspect it weekly, correct deviations and improve the standard. Each work area has an owner, a Golden Standard, a fast weekly owner check (✓ / attention / fail on a phone), an independent 1–10 audit, a traffic-light score with a rolling-3 trend, findings and improvement actions, repeat-finding detection, and a two-second Quality Whiteboard for the maintenance facility TV.
Staff Scheduling
Staff scheduling for course staff under the Finnish golf-industry collective agreement (PAM–PALTA). Staffing requirements are imported from Time-in-Motion through a user selection, and costs are published to the budget bridge.
Organisation Chart
Staffing structure and costs: roles, reporting lines, people, permanent and seasonal contracts, lay-off months and the annual staff cost — mirrored week by week against the Time-in-Motion hour plan, so understaffed and overstaffed weeks show before the season.
Workforce Economics
Where every paid hour went and what it cost: course maintenance, property maintenance, capitalised labour, contract work and projects, planned vs recorded vs payroll hours, flex-time and holiday liabilities, task costs per surface, capacity and benchmarks — with exportable reports for the superintendent, finance and the board.
Time-in-Motion (TiM)
The course's annual operating plan: routines, agronomic operations and development work as one seasonal workload against the available workforce — week by week, plan versus actual.
What the term meansTime-in-Motion is work-time analysis: measuring where greenkeeping hours actually go. Once the real hours behind mowing, bunkers and greens are known, rosters, machine purchases and budgets can be sized on measurements instead of gut feel.
Application Records
Application, nutrition, spray and agronomic intelligence: plan and record applications in four steps with live quantities and tank loads, track every nutrient by surface, read clipping yield against mowing height and PGRs, and keep an audit-ready plant protection record — one record updates the whole OS.
Budget Planner
The financial operating system for course maintenance: a five-second dashboard (budget, actual, committed, forecast, variance), OPEX with phasing profiles and plan-backed lines, CAPEX as projects with a lifecycle, multi-year allocation, commitments and own work, a monthly accounting import that maps itself to your chart of accounts and remembers it, forecasts that explain themselves, approved budgets that stay locked while revisions and scenarios are modelled, next-year roll-forward with transparent indexation, and Board-ready reports. Personnel comes from Staff Scheduling; the budget still flows to Cost per Round.
Customer Experience
Customer-experience assessments (59club and similar) brought into the operating system once and used everywhere — without copying scores by hand. The provider's own scores, percentages and benchmarks are kept exactly as supplied; anything TMOS calculates is labelled as analysis. Improving areas and those needing attention, metrics the course links to course presentation, set-up, bunkers, greens or practice areas read beside the Operations Board's work in the same weeks (association, never causation), findings turned into improvement actions with an owner and due date, and the trend for the board report. Personal data is left out by default.
Consulting Reports
Turfgrass Mastery's consulting reports for your course in one place: the report, a short summary and its recommendations as a list you track to done — with due dates, priority and a note on what was decided. The AI assistant and Report Studio take the recommendations into account and say where advice comes from. Visible to the course's management only.
Report Studio
AI-assisted report writer grounded in your course's own data: board weeklies, staff briefings, a 7-day agronomic forecast, and Instagram and LinkedIn posts — always in the club's tone of voice set in the Course Profile, in the platform language. Every figure comes from the platform's fact pack; a named human reviews and publishes, and exports land as branded PDF and Word files with the club logo — never automatic.
Logistics
ComingThe physical flow of the day: who goes where, in what order, with which machine and what to take. Sequences each person's tasks from the Operations Board plan to cut travel, machine changes and workshop returns, suggests nearby jobs "while you are there", lists the materials to pack, and puts the new order on the Field Logger only after the supervisor approves it — undoable in one tap. Course geography comes from Golfkit; until then travel is an honest estimate from the hole order.
